Make my day ... and my bed while you're at it.

Hi.
Ever heard of the song, "Help Me, God, I'm Freaking Out, My Shoes Are Untied"?
Never?
That's because I haven't recorded it yet.
Gotcha.
Heh.
Anyway, I was only recently asked if I'd like to be a zombie, waiting for people to run by and stare at rockets.
I don't want to.
Mostly because, I'm too lazy to wake up in the morning and sit on my butt until the afternoon.
I mean, who wakes up at 9.00 AM on a school holiday?
Right?
It's too harsh and too brutal.
I'm not saying that I wouldn't like to, but the timing isn't right.
And I wouldn't like my partner too.
He's not my type of friend.
And I've been trying to contact this other friend, but she wouldn't pick up.
Don't ask me why, even I asked her why.
Oh, how time seems to run instead of crawl.
How we all start to climb to only begin to fall.
I'm not really thrilled by this offer.
Yeah, I like this teacher and sure being an Exhibit Zombie would be kind of nice, but I still feel reluctant to go.
Moreover, my mom just told me that she wanted to bring us back to Sassy Grandma's house.
Now she tells us.
She should have told us a weekend ago, or maybe yesterday, or this morning at least.
It seems that my parents only tell us where we're going, when we're already there.
Oh, how I long for pre-travel planning.
Anyway, today I asked Spikey to join my team for next year's futsal tournament.
I want to make this dream of mine come true.
And shove the faces of the Soccer Ghetto Kids in the dirt where they should be.
Heh.
So I'm a bit bitter, so what?

I finally realise that one day, I'll be a man; but until then, I want to feel like a child.
